It was done in a very professional way and I was overwhelmed with kindness from all the personnel involved in the process. I experienced this from the moment I entered the aircraft, from the pilot, doctor and other staff right through until after admission in the hospital. I further appreciate the visit in the hospital a few days after my admission to check if I am fine and recovering well. As a stranger and a foreigner. I really appreciated this gesture.”
