Maisha Scholar is an emergency cover designed for learning institutions like Schools, Colleges, Universities, and sports academies. It provides comprehensive coverage for students during regular school hours, sanctioned activities, sporting events, and when traveling to and from school.

This comprehensive plan encompasses both in-patient and out-patient coverage post evacuation benefit at the school’s preferred hospital all within the Kenyan region.

  • In and Outpatient benefits – Reimbursement for accidental medical expenses related to both inpatient and outpatient services, provided at the school’s chosen hospital, with a maximum coverage of Kes.100,000 per student annually.
  • Accidental permanent total disablement – Compensation of up to Kes.100,000 for accidental permanent total disablement resulting from an accidental injury.
  • Accidental dental treatment – Compensation of up to KShs. 10,000 for accidental dental treatment resulting from an accidental dental injury.
