Jennifer Peng joined Amref Health Africa in June 2025 as the Group Chief Finance Officer.  As a respected finance executive known for fostering high-performance workplace cultures, she brings extensive expertise in finance, accounting, and operational management across both corporate and nonprofit sectors.

Her entry into the international NGO space began with International Rescue Committee, where she led program finance and gained firsthand experience navigating the complexities of global humanitarian operations. Prior to that, Jennifer built a robust international career with Colgate-Palmolive, serving in finance leadership roles across the United States, Asia Pacific, and Eastern Europe.

She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) licensed in the state of New York and is widely recognized for her strategic acumen and commitment to financial excellence.
