Hospital Guarantee
- We guarantee payment of hospital bills and other medical expenses in East Africa and neighbouring countries. This is only available through contract.
Accommodation
- We arrange hotel accommodation for patients after discharge from hospital or for the relatives.
Lost or stolen documents and luggage
- We can assist with local police formalities and renewal or replacement of documents.
Cash Advance
- We can pay money to a beneficiary/patient in case of an unforeseen event such as accident, illness, death or crime.
Burial Arrangement
- We can arrange a local coroner/undertaker to organise a funeral (burial/cremation) including the arrangement of the necessary documents. Special arrangements linked to the religion/cultural background can be organised where possible.
Repatriation of human remains
- We can make necessary arrangements for the transport of human remains. This includes obtaining official documents, preparation of the body and coffin for transport and delivery to the airport.
Investigation for cost control
- We can open an investigation file for assessing falsified claims/fraud and cost control.
